Reiki and Restorative yoga 

Reiki and Restorative yoga is designed for people with Autoimmune Conditions, Chronic Pain, Fatigue and Disabilities. 

There are many forms of different yoga's and this one is for us! 

This yoga is very relaxing and pampering.

This was made by a poorly young man in india with  malariatuberculosistyphoid fever, and general malnutrition.

It is a special yoga for people that are poorly or disabled.

He studying hard to know how to restore your body in yoga while doing easy poses with props on the floor or chairs. 

I teach people from just a little poorly back to parazlied fully in the body to blind people.

There is a disabled bay behind the studio. 

Suitable for everyone even people with chronic pain, fatigue, and conditions.

Also, people who are disabled or in wheelchairs. 

We have wheelchair access.  

The toilet is level also.

Get ready for a pamper session. 

We are now advising to bring your own rice bags. 

The most effective way of making rice bags is to put rice into socks then tye the socks up.

Make 5 of these rice bags two for your hands, two for your feet, one for your eyes. 

Rice bags bring an amazing effect on your restorative yoga experience.

 Please also bring a thick long blanket a flannel.

If you feel the cold a water bottle or wheat bag that you can put in the microwave in our studio's.
