Be the old fucking granny!

I must say this mature women is very wise not only has she got her legs open but she has a shopping trolley!

WHY SHOULD WE ALL HAVE ONE!

The good old shopping trolley nearly hit the craze to the young women out there but it didn’t go quite as far as it needed to.

Carrying shopping bags and things in our hands is actually bad for you!

When we are carrying all those massive bags from the shop and we have bought a bit too much.

We are walking with these bags like we have just shit ourselves.

Or all the sudden you get a itchy your crack in your bum crack because you’re sweating! You've got a bit of a wedgie going on and for the life of you can’t get it out because your carrying the shopping bags! Awkward!

On a serious note couple of ways why we shouldn’t be carrying things in our hands.

1.Prof. Amit Gefen of TAU's Department of Biomedical Engineering and Prof. Yoram Epstein of TAU's Sackler Faculty of Medicine, along with PhD student Amir Hadid and Dr. Nogah Shabshin of the Imaging Institute of the Assuta Medical Center, have determined that the pressure of heavy loads carried on the back or hands have the potential to damage the soft tissues of the shoulder, causing microstructural damage to the nerves.

The result could be anything from simple irritation to diminished nerve capacity, ultimately limiting the muscles' ability to respond to the brain's signals, inhibiting movement of the hand and the dexterity of the fingers. Thanks to science daily!

2. Manual handling uk says lifting things can result in fatigue, and lead to injuries of the back, neck, shoulders, arms or other body parts.

• Damage to the musculoskeletal system of the body (muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, joints, bursa, blood vessels and nerves) as a consequence of gradual and cumulative wear and tear through repetitive manual handling. These injuries are called ‘musculoskeletal disorders’ (MSDs)3 and can be divided into 3 groups:

or Neck and upper limb disorders or Lower limb disorders

or Back pain and back injuries.

3. Trying for a baby or have hormonal issues?

Carrying heavy things with your hands can Lead to tricky births or miscarriages!

The pelvis can get tipped this is also not good for the womb! which Can affect hormonal issues.

When you are preggers it’s good not to lift at all. Our muscles are very soft and so are our ligaments.

This can course a lot of damage.

4. Did you know in cave man times we used to roll things they got it right really good old cave man and women even though they was more like men! 🤣

Inspired!

In East Africa, Luo women may carry loads of up to 70% of their own body weight balanced on top of their heads. Women of the Kikuyutribe carry similar heavy loads, but using a leather strap wrapped around their forehead and the load to secure it while it is carried. (see tumpline) This results in a permanent groove in the forehead of the women. However, there is no evidence of other harmful effects on the health of women who carry heavy loads on top of their heads. Researchers speculate that training from a young age may explain this. Says science google. RESPECT!

So the moral of the story is!

No Matter how old you are.

GET YOUR SELF A SHOPPING TROLLY!

See this women Is getting it!

Be the the old lady they are fun!

Wise and Inspiring!
