I had a complaint the other day about how I’m such a good yoga teacher. But I shouldn’t be swearing it’s not very yoga like Or lady like!
However when you have been through what me and my clients (which I call my friends) have been through, I am sure you will understand!
The funny thing is I don't really swear when I speak!
I just swear when I write. 😊
It feels more funny and personal. 🤪
I have died a couple of times and so has one of my girls and we came around again to live!
I was homeless and when I moved into my home! I was diagnosed with MS and Nerve Damage.
While I am not looking for sympathy!
This have been a blessing for me.
But I can swear the mother fucking fuck a doddle I want!!
There is also a scientific study by psychologists that people who swear are more honest as they don’t filter their words!
So they say it how it is! Says Theinderpendent.com
WHY? I like to read things with swear words in!
It makes me giggle and laugh!
So being a smart arse let’s talk about why laughter restores your body and mind!
1.Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease. Laughter triggers the release ofendorphins, the body's natural feel-good chemicals. Endorphins promote an overall sense of well-being and can even temporarily relieve pain. PAIN? Says helpguide.org Well fuck yes hahahaha!
Ohhhhh! Do you ever get it when you bang your little toe on the table or OR the side of the door. Ow fuck that hurts we all swear to make us somehow feel better!
2.Health is a laughing matter
A full-blown laugh-out-loud session mobilises and strengthens over 400 muscles; it gets the heart, abdomen and diaphragm working, and even the spleen, which helps to eliminate toxins. Not only that, but it aids digestion, reduces fatty acids, decreases pain and benefits breathing. Says HuffHuff.com
3.Laughter relaxes the whole body. A good, hearty laugh relieves physical tension and stress, leaving your muscles relaxed for up to 45 minutes after. Says helpguide.org
4.Laughter boosts the immune system.Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases immune cells and infection-fighting antibodies, thus improving your resistance to disease. Says helpguide.org
5.Laughter may even help you to live longer. A study in Norway found that people with a strong sense of humor outlived those who don’t laugh as much. The difference was particularly notable for those battling cancer.
Girl you need to lighten up!
Swear, Be silly, Be humorous, spontaneous and HAPPY!
Just make sure you keep loving as you are laughing!
Dont laugh at others!
But laugh at your self! 🤪😂
